Moreover, riders can select specific locations and report categories when submitting an issue. If preferred, reports can be sent anonymously.
2. The "Call 911" button provides a direct connection to the police for immediate assistance.

One of the impressive features of this application is its ability to function reliably even in areas with weak signal strength. If a report is sent from an area without cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity, it will be stored and automatically sent once connectivity is restored. Additionally, the app prioritizes sending text descriptions before photos, enabling law enforcement to receive crucial information expediently.

• BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts: Users may receive alerts from DART about specific individuals of interest. Such notifications could include details about missing persons or children and their last known location. • Check-In: The app allows users to share their location on a map and indicate whether they are safe or in need of assistance. This information can be shared with friends and family via email and SMS.
